Seeing the need of the inhabitants of the sidewalks for the transport of vehicles, a group of car owners, such as campers, Nissan and Toyota, met to provide the service of transportation with these particular vehicles, among them, to name a few such as Mr. Juan de Dios Guerrero, Rolando Ayala, José Ignacio Cruz, Demetrio García, Otoniel Cadena and Edilberto Pulido.
They proposed to legalize and process the documents to provide this transportation service, so that by resolution No. 172 dated December 23, 1997 in the FIRST ARTICLE grant OPERATING LICENSE TO THE TRANSPORTATION COOPERATIVE BUENOS AIRES COOTRANSBONAIRE issued in the administration of the Mayor of Luis Alejandro Tovar.
From this date and with the commitment of each associate in the assemblies of associates, Board of Directors, legal representative (Manager), Education and solidarity committees as well as the board of supervisors and head of bearing has been much worked with the contribution of each of them always looking for the benefit of passengers in providing new schedules, routes, improving the vehicle fleet also have the service of the office.
